take active steps to implement the processes and procedures that you will develop throughout the Program within your organisation in the manner we recommend, including, but not limited to, by consulting with your workers as prescribed by the Code and also through implementing appropriate processes, procedures, training etc.; and

commit to implementing ongoing compliance measures, which requires (at a minimum):

identifying new risks as they arise, recording them, calculating their degree and implanting effective control measures;

training management personnel in the identification of risks;

conducting regular audits, surveys and reviews of available human resource information; and

updating relevant policies and procedures to reflect the dynamic environment of the workplace.
